Consumer Purchase Terms and Conditions - Cancellations and Returns

These Consumer Purchase Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and us and apply only to your purchase of any products offered by us within the United States. By purchasing any product from eeppkl or using any product, you fully agree to these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully, as they outline your obligations and rights. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to arbitration.

Basic Cancellation and Return Policy

To effectively cancel or return an item, you must obtain written approval from eeppkl. You can request this by emailing us at service@eeppkl.com. Any unapproved cancellation request will be denied, and order processing will proceed. Any product returned without our written consent will be refused and returned to you at your expense.

Regarding minor defects and stains:

a. Minor defects and stains may be caused by unavoidable factors during the production and transportation process and do not affect the normal use of the product. If you find this unacceptable, please do not continue to use the product and repackage it to its original condition. Please contact us at service@eeppkl.com for further assistance.

Cancelling Before Shipping Label Creation

We will provide a full refund for orders that have been cancelled but not yet received a shipping label.

Cancelling Before Order Shipment (Shipping Label Created)

Orders that have been issued but not yet shipped will be subject to a handling fee of ten percent (10%) of the original order price.

Cancelling After Order Shipment

After an order has been shipped, the shipment cannot be held. Customers must refuse the package upon delivery or sign for it first and then contact us to obtain a return shipping label. Once the package is returned and inspected, a refund will be issued, plus a restocking fee of twenty percent (20%) of the original order price.

Cancellation after delivery (unopened package)

If delivery is completed within 14 calendar days, customers who wish to cancel their order must contact us and provide photo and video evidence of the unopened package. Upon approval, customers will contact the original shipping company to return the entire package and pay the return shipping costs. Once the package is returned and inspected, a restocking fee of twenty percent (20%) of the original order price will be charged.

Cancellation after use (non-quality reasons)

Cancellation within 30 calendar days of delivery for non-quality reasons, such as (including but not limited to):

Unwanted/unneeded

Unsuitable size

Dislike of the product

Compensation for minor shipping damage will not be accepted.

Customers must contact us and provide photo and video evidence to prove that the product packaging is the same as the original packaging in order to obtain prior authorization for the return. Customers will contact the original shipping company to return the entire package and pay the return shipping costs. returns will be accepted within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt.

A refund will be issued upon return and inspection of the package. A restocking fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the original price will be charged upon return and inspection of the package.

Non-returnable products cannot be returned, except in extreme circumstances, where the customer needs to contact us for approval.

Refund conditions and exceptions

Generally, refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds may be delayed for various reasons, please contact us with relevant proof for further instructions.

If you require a return, please do not refuse any FedEx/UPS package. Please sign for the package first and email us to request a return shipping label before returning any item.
