Q2: Can I modify or cancel my order after payment?
Order Processing (Not Shipped): Cancel by contacting Customer Service (service@eeppkl.com).

Shipped: Cannot be canceled, but returns are available (see Return and Exchange Policy).

II. Shipping and Logistics
Q3: What is the shipping and delivery time?

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (USPS/UPS)

Q4: Is tracking provided?
After all orders are shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number, which can be tracked through the USPS/UPS official website.

III. Return and Exchange Policy
Q5: How do I request a return or exchange?
Contact Customer Service: Send an email to service@eeppkl.com, specifying the order number and reason for return or exchange.

Returns: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt (unopened/unused).

Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Q6: Who pays for shipping?

Quality issues/wrong item: We cover the return shipping.

Personal reasons (e.g., dislike): The customer is responsible for the return shipping.

All products meet FDA standards and are dermatologically tested to ensure they contain no irritants.

Q8: Are they vegan/cruelty-free?
Yes! All eeppkl products are vegan and not tested on animals.

Damaged: Take a photo and send it to customer service. We will resend or refund the item.

Currently, we primarily serve the US market. For orders to Canada/Mexico, please contact customer service to confirm shipping costs.
